After completing his LLB degree at Nelson Mandela University (2017), Nicholas completed a year of Articles at a boutique law firm that specialises in criminal litigation, where he gained valuable litigation experience and appeared in several Magistrates courts. Nicholas joined the Andrew Miller & Associates team in 2019, where he completed his Articles, and was admitted as an Attorney in 2020. Nicholas joined Andrew and Prudence as a Partner in 2023.
Nicholas has gained a very good understanding and working knowledge of the procedures behind litigating in the superior courts across the country. Nicholas has gained vast experience in commercial litigation. He has worked closely with both junior and senior counsel on litigious matters involving insurance, mining, property and several other commercial contracts and relationships.
Nicholas has a keen interest in Commercial, Property and Environmental Law as well as Litigation. He also has shown an interest in Conveyancing. In his free time, Nicholas can be found outside in nature or at the golf course.
